The public was given the opportunity to give feedback as to what they thought about the park, what their likes and dislikes about the park were, and so on. Once the Committee’s review is done, the plan will be presented to the Tri-City Park Authority for action. The draft plan, prepared with citizen input, is being reviewed by the Tri-City Park Master Plan Design Committee, which consists of 10 appointed members from the three cities, and six at-large members, one from each city, for a total of 16 members. Phase 3 is the creation of a proposed master plan with alternates, to be presented to the Authority in late May 2010. The Tri-City Park Master Plan Design Committee is made up of community representatives from the cities of Placentia, Fullerton and Brea as well as Parks & Recreation Commissioners and staff from all three cities. The Tri-City Authority established the Tri-City Master Plan Design Committee to oversee the creation of a Master Plan for Tri-City Park. It is made up of representatives of Fullerton, Placentia and Brea. The Tri-City Authority is the body that governs Tri-City Park.
